What nobody taught you in law school.
One Saturday morning we teach what we actually do in the family courts of Nuevo León: the petition, the agreement, the hearing and the client.

The MasterClass
Theory is the floor. Practice is what makes you steady in front of a judge.
Real litigation, not a textbook
What we actually do in the family courts of Nuevo León: how the petition is built, what the judge asks for, and what gets negotiated in the agreement.
You keep the templates
A folder of editable templates, the session recording and a certificate of attendance. You leave with material you can use on your first file.
Small group, real questions
We close with an open Q&A. The group is kept short on purpose: if nobody gets to ask about their own case, the class did not work.
The session
Three hours, ten to one.
- 10:00
Strategy and the petition
Which divorce you propose, which court you file in, and how the petition is drafted under article 270.
- 11:15
Break
Fifteen minutes. Drop your questions in the chat.
- 11:30
The hearing and the client
How the hearing runs — including the collective one by videoconference — and how you walk a client through it.
- 12:30
Practical cases and Q&A
We work three anonymized cases as a group and open the floor.
