Before you write
Tell us where you live and where the case is. Which U.S. state you are in, and which Mexican state the marriage, the property or the estate belongs to. That one line saves a whole exchange.
Say what documents you have. Marriage certificate, birth certificates, a deed, a prior court file — even if they are photos on your phone.
Don't send us anything confidential yet. Nothing you send before you are a client is covered by attorney-client privilege. A summary is enough to start.
